As a baseball player, injuring my shoulder was devastating for me. I thought it was going to be the end of my career and that was not acceptable to me. A friend recommended that I see Dr. Matanky at Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. He really took his time to explain my injury, the surgery I would need, and the importance of my rehab. He gave me hope. It has been a long road, but I’m happy to say that I am back to playing baseball at a competitive level. I never thought it was going to happen until I met Dr. Matanky.
